You never buy, store or climb for the lights. Design, install, in-season maintenance, scheduled takedown and off-season storage, all in one package.
What is the seasonal lighting lease?
Our seasonal lighting lease is a full-service package designed to make the holidays completely hassle-free. The seasonal lease allows customers to enjoy beautiful holiday lighting without purchasing, maintaining, removing, or storing the materials themselves. You pick the look, we handle every other part of it from October through takedown, and the materials go into storage with your name on them for next year.
What is in the package?
- Custom design. We discuss your vision, recommend lighting options, and create a design tailored to your property.
- Professional installation. We provide commercial-grade LED lighting, custom-cut to fit your home or business, with professional clips and installation.
- In-season maintenance. If a bulb goes out or an issue develops with the installation, customers can contact us for service and troubleshooting during the season.
- Scheduled takedown. After the holiday season, we professionally remove the lights at a scheduled time.
- Off-season storage. We label, organize, and store the leased lighting materials so they are ready for the following season.
Nothing is excluded. There is no separate maintenance fee and no storage fee.
Why lease instead of buying lights?
Store-bought strands fail after a year or two and you are the one on the ladder when they do. Commercial-grade systems last up to ten seasons with proper care, and on the lease we are the ones caring for them. You get the better product, somebody else owns the problem, and the garage stays clear.

What is included in the RM Lighting Solutions seasonal lease?
The seasonal lease includes a custom design for your property, professional installation of commercial-grade LED lighting cut to fit your home or business, in-season maintenance and troubleshooting, scheduled takedown after the holidays, and off-season storage of the materials, labeled and organized for next year. There is nothing excluded from the package.
Do I own the lights on a seasonal lease?
No, and that is the point. RM Lighting Solutions owns and stores the lights, so you never buy strands, replace a dead set, find room in the garage or untangle anything in November. You pay for the season, the lights go up, come down and go back into storage with your name on the box.
What if I want the same look again next year?
The materials from your install are labeled and stored by property, so next season is a phone call. Same layout, same color, same roofline lengths, already cut. If you want to change the color or add the trees, the proposal is updated and the new pieces are added to your stored set.
