Final price depends on roof size, pitch, and design. The proposal shows all three packages on your own house.
How Paying Works
A deposit holds the date. The rest is on the proposal.
Jobs start at $500. The $100 deposit goes on the calendar the day you pay it and holds your install date. The balance is spelled out on the proposal.
We take bank transfer through a secure payment link, and we take checks.
There is nothing extra on the seasonal lease. In-season maintenance, scheduled takedown and off-season storage are part of the package, not line items.

What Moves the Number
Roofline, pitch and what you add
- 1How many feet of roofline you want lit. Front only is Good. Sides, peaks and the back are Better.
- 2Roof pitch and height. Steeper and taller takes longer and more gear. A roofer prices this right the first time.
- 3What you add. Trees, bushes, wreaths, garland and the entry are the jump from Better to Best.

How much does holiday light installation cost with RM Lighting Solutions?
Installs start at $500. Every proposal is built from satellite measurements of your own roofline and shows Good, Better and Best packages priced for your house, so the number you see is for your home, not an average. A $100 deposit holds the install date.
What is the deposit and how do I pay?
The deposit is $100 and it holds your install date on the calendar. We take bank transfer through a secure payment link and we take checks. The balance is due per the proposal. There are no separate fees for maintenance, takedown or storage on the seasonal lease.
Does the price change if I am in Kansas City instead of Topeka?
No. The whole 80 mile radius around Topeka, Kansas City metro included, is quoted the same way from the same measurements. What moves the price is how much roofline you want lit and what you add in the yard and at the entry, not where you live.
Do I own the lights after the season?
On the seasonal lease, no. RM Lighting Solutions owns the lights, takes them down, labels them and stores them for you, so you never buy, replace or store a strand. Next season is one call and the same set goes back up. Permanent year-round lighting is purchased and stays on the house.
